CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

 


INGREDIENT


  • 500 gr AB Mauri Chocolate Lava Mix
  • 130 g Eggs
  • 70 gr Dawn Evaporated Filled Milk
  • 80 gr Mineral Water
  • 120 gr Master Gioia Special, liquid
  • 200 gr Vegetable Oil
  • 2 gr Instant Coffee Powder


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat the Oven Deck to 200'c.
  • Prepare Dariole Molds with melted Gioia coating then Semolina in each part of the mold, set aside.
  • Stir all ingredients except the eggs until slightly fluffy for 5 minutes on high speed, then add the eggs and mix until smooth.
  • Bake at 200'c for about 5-7 minutes until cooked.
