CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE
INGREDIENT
- 500 gr AB Mauri Chocolate Lava Mix
- 130 g Eggs
- 70 gr Dawn Evaporated Filled Milk
- 80 gr Mineral Water
- 120 gr Master Gioia Special, liquid
- 200 gr Vegetable Oil
- 2 gr Instant Coffee Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the Oven Deck to 200'c.
- Prepare Dariole Molds with melted Gioia coating then Semolina in each part of the mold, set aside.
- Stir all ingredients except the eggs until slightly fluffy for 5 minutes on high speed, then add the eggs and mix until smooth.
- Bake at 200'c for about 5-7 minutes until cooked.
